In the Buffy the Vampire Slayer board game there are 2 research cards I
don't understand. I was hoping someone could explain them to me:
1. "Spell of Evil Summoning" - the card says:
Choose an adjacent enemy. Roll your Majik dice and count Majik symbols. 2
symbols=move that enemy to any empty space adjacent to you
My question is: if it says to choose an adjacent enemy, then by definition
he is already beside you, so what good is the summoning spell?
2. "The Living Flame" - the card says:
Choose a sired vampire or Angelus. Roll your Majik dice and count Majik
symbols. 1 symbol=destroy an Artifact card in your possession, 2
symbols=destroy an Artifact card in adjacent player's possession.
My question is: Sired vampires and Angelus are controlled by the evil
player. Research cards are only used by good players. How does a good
player use this card to destroy an Artifact in his possession, when he does
not control the sired vampires?
Thanks for any help!
